OPT7's origins trace back to a small garage in California in 1998, when the street tuning scene was dominated by Super Street and Import Tuner magazines. In 2006, our CEO and founder noticed that aftermarket lights could dramatically enhance the appearance of cars and trucks, but the available options were either exorbitantly priced or poorly made.

Determined to address this gap, we set out to create a better solution. This led to the development of our flagship product, the Aura Frequency D Underglow Control Box. This control box is compatible with our Aura Aluminum Underglow Lighting Kits for cars, trucks, RVs, and Class B RVs.

The Aura Frequency D Control Box is designed for easy installation and features a wealth of functions. Secure the control box in a hidden location, protected from moisture, and enjoy a host of lighting modes, including Strobe, Color-Fade, Color-Cycle, and Sound-Sync, all accessible through the original remote. To take advantage of the Door-Assist-Entry feature, simply connect the AUX wire on the control box, and the lights will illuminate in white when the door is opened.

Please note that the Aura Original Control Box is not compatible with the OPT7 Connect Bluetooth App or the Aura Keyless Unlock Underglow Kit. Ensure you match the frequency indicated on the back of your remote or control box before purchasing.
